Abraham Berger

Abe Berger is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP, focusing his practice on general liability, premises liability, products liability, and contractual disputes. His extensive experience includes representing multiple Fortune 500 companies, such as leading grocers and retailers, in state and federal courts, as well as in trial, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.

Abe's academic journey began at California State University, Northridge, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science. During this time, he was selected for a prestigious Judicial Fellowship with Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge John P. Farrell. He then attended New York Law School, where he gained invaluable experience as a judicial law clerk in the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office, Narcotics Division, and as a law clerk in the Legal Counsel Division of the State of New York Administration for Children's Services. He then served as Senior Litigation Trial Counsel for a major national casualty insurance company, where he honed his skills in navigating complex litigation across a wide range of industries.

Abraham's deep connection to the diverse community he serves is rooted in his upbringing in a multilingual family, where he developed an understanding and appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. His clients value his ability to relate to their unique needs and his dedication to making the litigation process as seamless as possible. Abe's passion for legal advocacy was evident from a young age. His admiration for courtroom skills of various individuals solidified his desire to pursue a career in law, where he could represent his clients with the same level of commitment and integrity.

Outside of his legal practice, Abraham enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son. He is an avid sports enthusiast and a dedicated collector of vintage baseball memorabilia, and enjoys movies and reading.
