Bradley P. Childers

Bradley P. Childers is a Partner at the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, focusing his practice on transportation law. He brings a wealth of experience in litigating various tort defense matters, including product liability, transportation, professional liability, general negligence matters, and bad faith cases in federal and state courts. Brad has a robust background in representing insurers in first-party property loss appraisals and has argued cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Brad earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu after obtaining his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis. He serves on the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Litigation Committee.

Prior to his legal career, Brad briefly performed as a stand-up comic. This experience led him to enroll in public speaking courses in college, where he honed his improvisational skills and learned to communicate effectively in front of a large audience. Brad credits these attributes with his ability to deliver compelling arguments and connect with jurors in the courtroom.

Outside of the office, Brad's hobbies include golfing, gardening, and practicing his conversational Spanish.
