David M. Hall
David M. Hall is Of Counsel in the San Diego office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. Mr. Hall focuses his practice in the areas of construction law and general liability. His experience includes handling matters involving construction defect, vehicular and construction site accidents, premises liability and other torts.
Mr. Hall’s clients consist of subcontractors, general contractors and construction material suppliers. He is an "AV" rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell and is experienced in all phases of litigation, arbitration, mediation and appellate work. He has been listed as a Top Lawyer for three consecutive years by San Diego Magazine.
Mr. Hall is in his second stint at Murchison & Cumming. He previously worked in the San Diego office as a Senior Associate from 2002 through 2005. Before rejoining the firm in 2011, Mr. Hall specialized in the defense of subcontractors in construction defect litigation for Zurich North America in its San Diego Staff Legal Office.
He worked for nine years as a newspaper reporter in the Los Angeles area before returning to school to study law.
Involved in the local community, Mr. Hall served as treasurer of the Encinitas Little League and coached in both Little League baseball and youth basketball.
