David A. Winkle

David A. Winkle is a Partner in the Irvine office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP and serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Health Law practice group.  Mr. Winkle focuses his practice in the areas of health law and related litigation, including staff privileges and disputes, professional liability defense, and employment law.  He regularly defends hospitals, doctors and other medical providers and professionals in medical malpractice actions.  Mr. Winkle is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
