Diana R. Torres-Brito

Diana R. Torres-Brito is Of Counsel in the Los Angeles office at Murchison & Cumming, focusing her practice on law and motion. Prior to joining the firm, her past experience was gained through serving as in-house Counsel to banking institutions.

Diana's father influenced her decision to pursue a career in law through his love for reading and analyzing politics. She holds her father's core values at the forefront of her practice, which she has attributed to the positive results on behalf of her clients.

Diana obtained her bachelor's degree in Sociology and a minor in French at the University of California, Berkeley. She continued to earn her law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Diana was a member and Articles Editor of the Chicano-Latino Law Review and externed for the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall at the Los Angeles Federal District Court and Central District of California.

When away from the office, Diana enjoys traveling and spending time in nature, such as walking on an empty beach or hiking a tranquil trail with her dog. Family is most important to her; she cherishes the time she gets to share with her husband, three adult children, two cats, and a dog.
