Diane P. Cragg

Diane P. Cragg is a Senior Associate in Murchison & Cumming's San Francisco office. Ms. Cragg focuses her practice in the areas of general liability, employment law, commercial liability and business litigation. Her clients have included insurance companies, machinery, equipment and computer component manufacturers, importers and exporters of goods, hotel owners, construction companies, private schools, property management companies, mortgage brokers and homeowners. Ms. Cragg is experienced in all phases of litigation, arbitration and mediation.

Ms. Cragg approaches each case with effectiveness and efficiency in mind when resolving lawsuits for the client. That means obtaining as much information early in the case to quickly narrow down the best litigation approach and avoid unnecessary costs and efforts. She is able to do this through constant communication with the client to stay on top of the client's objective from the start.

A member of the Animal Legal Defense Fund, Ms. Cragg’s pro bono work includes litigating animal-related cases. She has served as a co-presenter for the San Francisco Bar Association, speaking on the future of animal law. Ms. Cragg actively volunteers with animal rescue organizations.
