Gina Bazaz

Gina Bazaz is a Senior Partner in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. With more than 25 years of experience, Gina has earned industry-wide recognition for her litigation acumen, handling complex, high-exposure cases across product liability, torts, premises liability, and construction defect litigation. As co-chair of the firm's Product Liability, General Liability, and Retail practice groups, Gina provides strategic leadership and guidance in these areas, offering clients innovative and effective legal solutions across a broad spectrum of matters.

As a leading attorney, Gina is regularly retained by top insurers and corporations for defense monitoring, case evaluations, and national counsel roles. Gina represents a diverse range of clients, including nationally recognized corporations such as a Fortune 500 apparel and home goods retailer, leading direct-to-consumer e-bike brand, and well-known specialty grocery chain.
