Jeffrey A. Fishkin
Jeffrey A. Fishkin is an Associate Partner in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP, focusing his practice on transportation law. He has extensive experience handling cases involving products liability, premises liability, trucking, complex multi-party litigation, and high-exposure personal injury matters. His ability to navigate intricate legal challenges and deliver favorable outcomes has earned him a reputation for excellence in the legal community.
Known for his tactical approach to managing cases, Jeffrey leverages his exceptional cross-examination and negotiation skills to secure efficient and cost-effective resolutions for his clients. In one notable case, he applied his deep understanding of the evidence code to achieve a six-figure savings for his client, significantly reducing a $2,000,000 policy limit demand made by the plaintiff.
Jeffrey earned his B.S. in Political Science from California State University, Northridge, before continuing on to the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he distinguished himself as a finalist in the Moot Court competition. Following law school, Jeffrey returned to his Southern California roots with a commitment to giving back to the legal community where he was raised.
