Madison K. Moreno

Madison K. Moreno is an Associate in the San Diego office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP, focusing her practice on general liability. With a strong foundation in communication, diversity, and legal studies, Madison brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to her practice. She earned her B.A. in Communication with minors in Diversity and Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington in Seattle, where a course on miscarriages of justice and wrongful convictions sparked her interest in law. This early exposure to the complexities of the legal system, coupled with her upbringing in a family of legal professionals, fueled her passion for helping clients navigate challenging legal landscapes.

Madison pursued her legal education at Seattle University School of Law, where she was awarded an Academic Honors Scholarship and graduated cum laude. While earning her law degree, Madison volunteered in a low-bono legal clinic and accepted a part-time position as a Summer Associate at M&C. Her dedication and work ethic secured her a role as a Law Clerk, paving the way for her transition to Associate upon passing the bar.

Madison believes that strong communication and building meaningful relationships are essential to achieving the best outcomes for her clients. Her ability to connect with clients on a personal level, combined with her legal expertise, ensures that she provides thoughtful and effective representation.

Madison’s passion for Disability Justice led her to volunteer with Disability Rights Washington for four years before returning to her hometown of San Diego. She is passionate about animals and volunteers with local rescues to help dogs in need find loving homes. In her free time, she enjoys going on adventures with her dog, Louise, spending quality time with friends and family, and indulging in her favorite treat—Sprinkles cupcakes.
