Marisa L. D Amico
Marisa L. D'Amico is Of Counsel and resident in both the Los Angeles and Northern California offices of Murchison & Cumming, LLP, where she brings more than two decades of litigation experience in complex general liability, product liability/subrogation defense, habitability, professional liability, construction accident, and toxic tort matters to a broad array of devoted clients. Marisa's knowledge extends to various industries, such as entertainment, pharmaceutical, and construction.
Recognized as a leading expert in her field, Marisa blends a vast understanding of legal and trial trends with exceptional social skills. Fluent in English, French, and Italian, and conversant in Japanese, she leverages extensive travel and cultural experiences to build strong connections with clients from diverse backgrounds. Notably, Marisa has spent significant time in Japan and has successfully handled all aspects of litigation for Japanese corporations, individuals, and insurance companies. Her multifaceted interests, superior communication, and unwavering dedication to her clients make her a top-notch legal professional.
Marisa's academic background is equally distinguished. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in French and International Relations from the University of Southern California and earned her law degree from Pepperdine Law School.
Beyond her legal practice, Marisa is passionate about art, education, and athletics. She serves as an Art Docent for her local school district and volunteers at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
