Matthew K. Wisinski

Matthew K. Wisinski is a Partner in the Northern California office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP, handling major tort, product liability and complex litigation matters. Mr. Wisinski 's experience includes managing all aspects of civil litigation through and including trial and post-trial proceedings in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, premises liability and asbestos litigation. He has handled business and commercial matters including real estate and commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Wisinski is experienced in all phases of litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Taking a proactive approach to litigation, Mr. Wisinski performs ongoing case evaluations and risk assessments, and counsels clients on risk management strategies, programs and defenses.

Mr. Wisinski has handled pro bono cases for a variety of clients and is actively involved in the Northern California community as a volunteer and mentor, having participated in outdoor leadership program for youths and adults, Outward Bound, and through Little League coaching.
