Paul R. Flaherty is Of Counsel at Murchison & Cumming, LLP. Mr. Flaherty focuses his practice on product liability, aviation defense and general tort defense, with special emphasis on cases involving technical issues.
Mr. Flaherty is admitted to practice before all California State courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Central Districts of California. Mr. Flaherty is a graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles (J.D.), where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Conflicts of Laws. Mr. Flaherty graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Northridge (B.A) and holds a degree in Electronics Technology from The Community College of The Air Force (A.A.S.). He is a recipient of the Strategic Air Command Educational Achievement Award.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Flaherty worked as an engineering technician in the aerospace and defense industry in the areas of environmental testing, process control and instrumentation.
Mr. Flaherty served in the U.S. Air Force as a Flight Simulator Technician.
