Richard C. Hatem
Richard C. Hatem is an Associate Partner in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, focusing his practice on construction defect matters. With more than 20 years of experience, he has represented general contractors as well as numerous construction trades and material suppliers. Richard has also handled premises liability, automobile, and personal injury cases.
Richard focuses on the individual needs of his clients. Litigation is stressful for the parties involved and for that reason communication and understanding are vital. Richard strives to resolve matters quickly and efficiently to better serve his clients.
Richard graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Away from the office, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling and trying new foods.
