Murchison & Cumming Welcomes New Associate Attorney to Los Angeles Office

Murchison & Cumming is pleased to announce that Tyler E. Sanchez has joined the Los Angeles office as an Associate Attorney. His clients have come to appreciate his disciplined approach to resolving their matters. He is committed to developing and honing his ability to think creatively in order to mitigate potential exposures. Mr. Sanchez took a page from his father’s experience in civil litigation, which was the deciding factor in his decision to become a lawyer.

After graduating from law school, Tyler worked for Ford & Diulio PC, a civil litigation firm in Orange County, as a business litigator. Tyler represented the owner of a real estate company who believed his business partner was stealing rents and mismanaging the property without his client’s knowledge or consent. Tyler brought a motion to enforce the parties’ prior settlement and initiated a lawsuit to leverage a more favorable result for the client. After strategic discovery and motion practice, he was able to obtain a very favorable settlement agreement and appoint a third-party manager of the properties to avoid further issues between the parties in the future.

Tyler attended Loyola Marymount University before continuing onto Loyola Law School. He is a founding member of the Loyola Law School Orange County Alumni Council, a group created to galvanize alumni to support the law school, give back to the community, and strengthen the alumni network in Orange County.
