Los Angeles, CA – April 21, 2003 – Murchison & Cumming is pleased to announce that Kasey C. Townsend has transferred to the Northern California office.

Ms. Townsend has worked in the firm's San Diego office for seven years, focusing her practice on construction defect, employment law and general liability matters. For the past four years, she has managed the San Diego's Construction Law Practice Group.

From the Northern California office, Ms. Townsend and Michael B. Lawler will handle construction defect, employment law and health law matters for the Sacramento and San Francisco Bay areas.
