Murchison & Cumming Welcomes Tim Agajanian As Of Counsel

LOS ANGELES - February 16, 2010 - Murchison & Cumming, LLP is pleased to announce that veteran transactional and litigation attorney Tim M. Agajanian has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Mr. Agajanian focuses his practice in business law, environmental law, general liability and litigation, municipal contracting and government affairs, real estate and administrative law. Mr. Agajanian provides practical and hands-on business representation and steers complex deal negotiations for regional and national clients. He has more than 20 years of practice experience representing companies, business owners and high-profile individuals in public service.

Prior to joining Murchison & Cumming, Mr. Agajanian headed his own law firm, Agajanian Law Group, P.C. which he founded in 1988. He is admitted to practice before the courts of California. A graduate of Southwestern University Law School (J.D.) and University of Southern California (B.S.).
