Liability Lawyer Joins Murchison & Cumming, LLP

B. Casey Yim, a liability lawyer and founding partner of Irvine-based Pivo, Halbreich, Cahill & Yim, has joined the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP as part of the firm's Professional Liability Practice Group. Yim specializes in defending attorneys, accountants, medical professionals and health care providers.

At Pivo, Yim served as the resident managing partner of the firm's Los Angeles office and chair of the Professional Liability Group. Yim also worked at Lewis, D'Amato, Brisbois & Bisgaard in Los Angeles, where he was chair of its Trial Practice Group and a member of the firm's Management and Compensation committees.

Murchison & Cumming, LLP bills itself as one of California's oldest civil litigation defense firms. The 85-attorney firm has offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, Las Vegas and Northern California.
