Murchison & Cumming LLP, a downtown L.A.-based law firm, has named Tim M. Agajanian of counsel. Previously, Agajanian was founder of Agajanian Law Group LLP, a downtown L.A. law firm.

Ford & Harrison LLP, an Atlanta-based law firm, has named Steven M. Kroll a partner in the firm’s downtown L.A. office. Previously, Kroll was an associate at the firm.
