Court of Appeal Upholds Judgment/Appraisal Award in First Party Fire Damage Claim

The Court of Appeal upheld the trial court's entry of judgment based on an appraisal award Carolyn A. Mathews obtained in the case of P & S Fashions v. Century Surety. The case involved an inflated claim for fire damage to clothing in a manufacturer's warehouse - including clothing samples and patterns.
