Jean Lawler to Speak on Insurance Coverage at USLAW New York Conference

Jean M. Lawler, co-chair of the firm's Insurance Law practice group, will present the topic, "Handling California Claims - The Right Way," for  USLAW Network's New York Fly-In Conference on July 8, 2010.  Ms. Lawler's presentation will be one in a set of 15-minute "drills" during the Professional Liability and Insurance Coverage program.

Ms. Lawler is a member of USLAW Network's Insurance/Bad Faith practice group, whose focus in addition to providing clients with national coverage to counsel in the practice arena through the USLAW affiliation, is to serve as a resource and information forum, helping members stay abreast of coverage opinions and significant court decisions.
