Carolyn Mathews to Speak at WCC Construction Defect Seminar

ANAHEIM—Carolyn A. Mathews has been selected to speak at West Coast Casualty’s Construction Defect Seminar, being held May 12-13. Ms. Mathews will present, "Policies, Policies Everywhere But Not a Drop of Coverage," with fellow panelists Neil Selman of Selman Breitman LLP, Joseph Oliva of Oliva and Associates ALC and Randy Maniloff of White and Williams LLP.
WCC’s Construction Defect Seminar is the largest seminar of its kind focusing on all of the elements of the prosecution, defense, coverage and technologies of construction defect claims and litigation from a national perspective.
Ms. Mathews has significant experience with earthquake claims and insurance issues related to construction defect and resulting property damage claims, including mold and additional insured issues. She frequently presents topics related to property damage losses under both first and third party policies, and has served as a speaker for WCC’s Construction Defect Seminars in previous years.
