M&C Attorneys to Attend IADC Trial Academy
July 26, 2011
PALO ALTO – Michael D. McEvoy and Mhare O. Mouradian will attend the International Association of Defense Counsel’s (IADC) 39th Annual Trial Academy. The trial skills program will be held from July 30 to August 5, 2011 at Stanford Law School in Palo Alto, California.
Through the academy, the civil litigation lawyers will practice fundamental trial skills and have the opportunity to advance their techniques and tactics. The seven-day program blends small group faculty instruction and demonstration with individual student participation.
Both attorneys handle complex litigation matters for Murchison & Cumming. Mr. McEvoy currently represents Southern California Edison in multiple wildland fire matters, and Mr. Mouradian defends businesses and individuals in business litigation and transactional matters.
