Los Angeles, CA – March 24, 2003 – Jean A. Dalmore, a partner in the Los Angeles office, has been named Co-Chair of the firm's Construction Law Practice Group. She will share the duties with Victor Lee, a partner in the firm's Orange County office. Ms. Dalmore focuses her practice in the area of construction defect, representing general contractors, and sub-contractors in all fields of construction. She also handles intellectual property, general liability and business tort matters. Mr. Lee has been Co-Chair of the Construction Law Practice Group for two years. In addition to construction law, Mr. Lee handles product and general liability matters. The Construction Law Practice Group of Murchison & Cumming defends cases involving construction injuries and defects, landslide and subsidence, as well as miscellaneous litigation pertaining to construction.
