Jean Lawler Elected Secretary-Treasurer of FDCC Foundation

LOS ANGELES–Murchison & Cumming, LLP is pleased to announce that Jean M. Lawler has been elected Secretary-Treasurer of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) Foundation and will serve as President of the Foundation in 2014-2015.
Ms. Lawler is a Past President of the FDCC. She has been involved in many Federation projects, including co-founding the inaugural “National Summit on the Right to Trial by Jury,” which was jointly sponsored by FDCC and ABOTA, and assisting in the establishment of its Corporate Members Forum, its Law Firm Management Conference and other programs.
Ms. Lawler is Co-Chair of Murchison & Cumming's International Law practice group and is Past Chair of its Insurance Law practice group. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Defense Research Institute (DRI), Lawyers for Civil Justice (LCJ) and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
