Valarie Jonas and John Podesta to Speak at ABA Coverage Seminar

TUCSON—Valarie H. Jonas and John H. Podesta will speak on insurance law topics at the American Bar Association (ABA) 2013 Insurance Coverage CLE Seminar in Tucson, Arizona, being held from February 28-March 2, 2013.

Ms. Jonas will participate in a plenary and break out session entitled, "Idol 2013—Jury Selection in State and Federal Courts." Mr. Podesta will be part of a panel entitled, "Recent Developments in Insurance Law and Their Impact on Construction Risks."
