Bryan Weiss to Speak at PLRB Claims Conference

BOSTON—Bryan M. Weiss will speak on insurance coverage at the PLRB Claims Conference in Boston, Massachusetts, being held from March 19-20, 2013.

The title of Mr. Weiss's presentation is "Personal and Advertising Injury Coverage—Emerging Issues." In addition to reviewing the drafting history of Coverage B and the general approach to applying that policy language to personal and advertising injury claims, Mr. Weiss will discuss recent developments, cases and emerging issues concerning intellectual property and business tort claims.
