FDCC/ABOTA Jury Trial Summit

Members from ABOTA and the FDCC will co-host a joint program entitled "The American Jury Trial - Death or Rebirth?" on April 1- April 2, 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Summit will feature a host of nationally known speakers on issues relating to the present state of the jury trial in America. The Summit will not only cover the latest data relating to the "vanishing" jury trial, but will explore the root causes of this phenomenon; the historical and sociological impact of trial by jury; the public perception of, and effect of the media on, the jury trial; and, possible changes in jury trials in the new millennium.
