Malena Dobal Speaking at Insurance Coverage Midyear Program

Los Angeles Partner Malena Dobal will be attending the American Bar Association's 23rd Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Midyear Program in Phoenix, AZ. She will be speaking on "Insurance Adjuster Personal Liability for Negligent Misrepresentation and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress in Their Claims Handling," as a part of a Toolbox Luncheon Session on Feb. 20, 2015. The session will give attendees an opportunity to engage in a lively discussion on emerging topics.
