Michael J. Nunez Speaking at ABA Program

Michael J. Nunez, Senior Partner and Partner-in-Charge of the Las Vegas office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP will be speaking at the ABA's 24th Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Mid-Year Program, to be held on February 18-20, 2016 at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AZ. This year's program is entitled "The Heat is On: Hot Topics in the World of Insurance." Mr. Nunez will be presenting on issues related to Cooperation Clauses commonly found in insurance policies.
