Summary Judgment Granted in Liability Case Against Storage Rental Company

Carolyn A. Mathews obtained a Summary Judgment against plaintiff Barbara Holmes Reynolds in favor of SS Mini Storage.  Upon renting a mini storage space from SS Mini Storage, Reynolds signed a Rental Agreement and related documents, and was given and rejected the opportunity to purchase insurance for items stored in the unit.  The court found that the provisions in the Rental Agreement released SS Mini Storage from liability for damage to her personal property, enforceable as a matter of law.
