Cooper W. Collins is a Partner in the Irvine office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP, focusing his practice on professional liability and general liability matters. With an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, Cooper is recognized for his legal experience and ethical standards.
Specializing in professional liability, Cooper regularly defends hospitals, nurses, and physicians in medical malpractice lawsuits. He also has extensive experience representing attorneys in legal malpractice cases. In addition to his professional liability work, Cooper handles a wide array of general liability and personal injury matters. Cooper prides himself on achieving good, cost-effective results for his clients, whether through motion practice, informal resolution, or trial advocacy.
In his spare time Cooper enjoys surfing, mountain biking and backpacking with his wife and children.
