Dan L. Longo is a Senior Partner and Managing Partner of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. He serves as Co-Chair of the Health Law and Professional Liability practice groups. Dan’s years of experience has established him as a leading authority in complex litigation, particularly in representing skilled nursing facilities, board and care facilities, and hospitals. His practice is diverse and extensive, encompassing medical and legal malpractice, insurance agent/broker errors and omissions, general liability, and directors and officers liability. Additionally, his expertise extends to providing insurers with coverage advice and handling intricate construction defect cases and products liability matters for manufacturers and distributors.
With his career spanning over 40 years, Dan has consistently navigated the complexities of healthcare litigation, securing favorable outcomes for his clients.
