Erin Graham is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. She earned her B.A. in Linguistics from Binghamton University, where she studied Arabic and served on the university’s misconduct panel, helping assess Title IX matters. Inspired to pursue law as a way to combine her linguistic skills with a career that makes a meaningful impact, Erin went on to receive her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
During law school, Erin was awarded Honors in both the Litigation Practicum and Advanced Trial Advocacy. She interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office and worked with a legal aid clinic. Erin gained further hands-on experience at a family law firm and litigation defense firm, and later joined M&C as a Summer Associate before returning as an Associate. She served as a Teaching Assistant for the Litigation Practicum and was Vice President of Older, Wiser Law Students (OWLS), supporting resources and community-building for part-time and non-traditional law students. She continues to build on this foundation with a keen interest in civil litigation and client advocacy.
Erin draws on her experiences in sales and tutoring, which have honed her communication and analytical abilities. These skills, combined with her hands-on exposure to trial preparation and legal writing, have fueled her interest in employment law, habitability, and premises liability.
Outside of the office, Erin enjoys reading, enjoying musical theatre, and spending time with her two huskies, two cats, and family. A former volunteer at the San Diego Humane Society, she looks forward to becoming involved in animal welfare initiatives in the Los Angeles area.
