Marisa L. D’Amico

Marisa L. D’Amico is Of Counsel at the Walnut Creek office of Murchison & Cumming, focusing her practice on professional liability and construction defect. She has more than 20 years of experience handling all aspects of litigation in products liability, premises liability, and contract disputes.

Marisa received two bachelor’s degrees in French and International Relations from the University of Southern California before attending Pepperdine Law School. She is trilingual, speaking, in addition to English, French and Italian. Traveling extensively and learning other languages and cultures has enabled her to communicate and relate to her clients from all different backgrounds. She excels at prompt assistance, alleviating stress for her clients, and forging interpersonal and robust relationships with them. Her clients appreciate they can trust her to handle their legal matters and know she will remain in the trenches with them until she achieves a positive result.

Marisa is an Art Docent for the school district in her community and volunteers for the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. When away from the office, she enjoys living in the moment, whether it’s watching her kids play basketball and football, going to art museums, galleries, and shows, or attending music concerts across the U.S.
