Time May Be Running Out

Government Code section 12950.1 requires California employers with 50 or more employees to provide at least two hours of training and education regarding sexual harassment to all supervisors employed as of July 1, 2005.

• New hires and individuals promoted to a supervisory position must be trained within six months of assuming their position
•  Follow-up training is required once every two years.
