M&C Adds Two Associates to Its Los Angeles Office

LOS ANGELES – Murchison & Cumming, LLP is pleased to announce that Steven J. McEvoy and Benjamin Zeng have joined the Los Angeles office as associates.
Mr. McEvoy focuses his practice in the areas of business litigation, general liability and toxic tort and environmental litigation. He has handled cases involving premises liability, personal injury, fraud and breach of contract. Mr. McEvoy has sat second chair for multiple business litigation cases, including a five-day arbitration representing a California winery in a breach of contract action against a national wine distributor and marketer.
Mr. Zeng has handled cases in a variety of areas of law, including labor & employment, personal injury, and complex litigation. He has also worked in class action litigation, including a wage & hour class action involving over 1,000 employees that resulted in a successful settlement. Mr. Zeng has experience in virtually all aspects of litigation, including law and motion, and has participated in multiple civil jury trials.
