Casey Yim to Speak at Center for International Legal Studies

Casey Yim is slated to speak on, “The Advantages of Cross-Examination in the Arbitration Setting," at the Center for International Legal Studies' annual conference being held September 23-26, 2004. The conference will cover various topics involving the use of international arbitration to resolve commercial litigation disputes.
