Murchison & Cumming Welcomes New Associates

LOS ANGELES--Murchison & Cumming, LLP is pleased to announce that Georgiana A. Nikias and Dustun H. Holmes have joined the firm as Associates in its Los Angeles and Las Vegas offices, respectively.
Ms. Nikias is experienced in complex commercial litigation, commercial disputes, intellectual property law and ownership issues. She is on the Art and Cultural Heritage Law Committee of the American Bar Association's International Law group. Also a Board Member of the California Architectural Conservancy, Ms. Nikias has worked as a pro bono consultant assessing legal and business issues for the 501(c)(3) organization and for other non-profits. She is a University of Southern California Renaissance Scholar and a recipient of the university's Academic Energy Award and the Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Research.
Originally joining Murchison as a law clerk, Mr. Holmes became an Associate with the firm after passing Nevada's July bar exam. He is a member of the firm's General Liability & Casualty and Employment Law practice groups. Prior to joining Murchison, Mr. Holmes served as an extern to the Honorable Donald M. Mosley in the Eighth Judicial District Court, and as a teaching assistant for the Lawyer Processing Program at William S. Boyd School of Law. He has contributed in the publication of articles on social media and gender identity discrimination.
